Thoughts before travel

My future is staring me in the face in this attic. The clarity just sank in. I am the freest I have ever been. I am at the peak of where I’ve always wanted to be in my life. Mobility is taken care of; obligations ended. My future is what I make of it; wherever I decide to get into my car and go. The thought of it gives me chills. It’s terrifying. Fears, however, need to be faced head on. Easier said than done. It doesn’t comfort me to know that things will always be complicated. It feels normal to always feel like I don’t know what I want to do because I don’t know what I can do to be fulfilled in my time here in this life.
I leave for home tomorrow and then I leave again on Thursday for the trip of my lifetime. I am going to prove to myself that I can do anything that I want to do; that the only force stopping myself from doing anything is my own doubt. I can do anything. My future is open and waiting for me to take it. I’m going to drive to places I’ve never been, on my own, exploring places I’ve never been, and staying safe and out of trouble during the trip. Surviving on my own mind, intuition, two feet, and four wheels.

Force within, please keep me safe and strong through my travels and adventures. Always keep going knowing I am here within me to always keep me moving forward. May my travels be sound and an experience to keep the soul and spirit breathing. Love.

Right now it's about five minutes until midnight.. still December 14th. Spent my last night with Libby in South Philly seeing 'The Muppets.' I'll wake up in 7 hours, grab some gas and breakfast at Wawa, and be on the road.

I'll hit you up with some photos of day one, headed to Knoxville TN, tomorrow night! Love.
